FAQ
01. Do you have a booking or studio fee?
Yes! You will pay a 25% non-refundable deposit that will go towards your total session price. Any studio fees will be added to your session price.
Both your deposit and final payment can be sent through Zelle. Your remaining balance MUST be paid 3 days prior to the day of your scheduled photoshoot.
Once payment is received = Non Refundable
02. how & when will i receive my images?
Your images will be delivered to your email within 10 - 14 days after your session.
You'll receive sneak peeks about 48 - 72 hours after our session together. These will be sent to your phone number.
03. Do you have a cancellation or late policy?
You will have 72 hours before your scheduled photoshoot to cancel. Life happens though, in case of an emergency we will cross that bridge when we get there.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, your session will be cancelled and you will have to regain eligibility, fees may apply.
04. Do you offer event packages.
If you are inquiring about an event such as a baby shower, funeral, family or birthday party send an email and we can discuss your needs and pricing.
